Prewalker is a timeless classic that has helped many generations with their first steps. This is the perfect little first shoe for children who are just starting to practise walking. If your child is pulling up to stand, can balance on their own, or perhaps take a few steps with a parent’s hand, Prewalkers can help prevent slipping and provide extra stability. 

This beautiful, handcrafted shoe fits snugly on the foot and provides good support around the ankle. Combining Prewalkers with bare feet is optimal for supporting natural foot development. Made from high-quality, soft leather, the Prewalker features many charming, fine details. 

The outer sole is flexible and supple, allowing for optimal freedom of movement. The flat, zero-drop sole means there is no height difference between the forefoot and heel, creating a balanced and natural foot position. 

Prewalker is designed with an adjustable velcro fastening, which can be trimmed for a perfect fit, ensuring maximum comfort and support for little feet. 

Prewalker is intended for children who are just learning to stand and walk. It is not recommended for children who have achieved full balance and can walk or run, as the sole is extra soft and flexible, making it unsuitable for heavier wear. 

All orders placed before 2 pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day. All orders outside Denmark are delivered by DHL within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail or SMS with your tracking number.

Delivery outside Denmark:
We deliver to parcel shops and make home deliveries, depending on what is possible for your location. It costs 8 EUR for shop deliveries and 10 EUR for home deliveries. You will receive a tracking number when your order is ready for dispatch.

Return & right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website. If you wish to return your goods, this must be done no later than 30 days after the order has been delivered to a parcel shop or delivered to your address. Returned goods must be in new and unused condition. However, you have the right to try the product on at home. Goods must be returned in original packaging. Items that are returned must be accompanied by a completed return slip so that we can identify your order.

For orders delivered outside Denmark, it costs 8 EUR when using the enclosed return label.

How to return:

1/ Pack the goods in the original packaging and wrap them securely (we recommend using the bag/package that was used on delivery)

We are committed to crafting our shoes using top-quality materials while promoting responsible leather production. Every Bundgaard shoe is made with leather sourced from LWG-certified manufacturers, all of whom have earned a high rating in their LWG Audit.

The LWG protocol is used to evaluate the environmental impact of leather producers, Medal ratings are determined based on industry practices, with gold awarded at 85%, silver at 75%, and bronze at 65%. A minimum score is required in each section to achieve the final medal rating.
