Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

There can be several reasons why you haven't received your order confirmation.
1/ There is a spelling error in the email address you entered in checkout.
2/ Your order confirmation has ended up in your SPAM filter

When you shop with us you can choose from the following payment options:

We only withdraw the money when your order is confirmed and packed.
When you reach the checkout in the shop, enter your card details or choose one of the other payment options. Your card details are forwarded via a secure and encrypted connection and we do not have access to your card details. It is also not possible to withdraw more than the amount you have authorized and we can only withdraw the amount once. The amount is reserved on your card when you place the order, but is not withdrawn until the day your order is shipped.
Yes, if you choose to pay through ViaBill At checkout you can split your payment over up to 10 installments. You pay the first installment when the item is shipped and the rest later. All without interest and fees.
Delivery
If we receive your order before 2pm on a weekday, we will pack and ship your order the same day and you will typically receive it the following day. If you place your order after 14:00, it will take one more day before you receive your package.
You are welcome to contact customer service and ask if we can change the delivery address. If your order is not yet packed, we may still be able to change it. If your order is packed, it is unfortunately not possible to change the address. If your package cannot be delivered, it will automatically be returned and your payment will be refunded.
You get free delivery to parcel shops in Denmark if your total purchase exceeds DKK 599.

You can choose to have your order shipped with GLS or DAO. We offer parcel shop delivery, home delivery and business delivery.
You can choose whether your package is delivered to a parcel shop, your home address or to a business address.Remember to fill in your company name under delivery address if you choose business delivery.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam filter and check on your order confirmation if you have entered a correct email address. You are also welcome to contact customer service at shop@bundgaard.dkand we will help you.
If you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service. Remember to include your order number, a thorough description of the problem and a picture of the incorrect product. Contact customer service at shop@bundgaard.dk.
Return for exchange
You have 30 days to return an item after you have received it or it has been delivered to a parcel shop. To return an item, use the return label that was enclosed in your package. Remember to fill in the return slip as well. If you are missing a return label, you can contact customer service at shop@bundgaard.dk. Please note that it costs 39 kr to return an item. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item after your order has been placed. If you want to exchange an item for a different size, type or color, you need to place a new order and return the items you want to exchange using the enclosed return label. Remember that it costs 39 kr to return an order/item.
It typically takes 2-5 business days to process your return package. Once we have registered and processed your return, we will refund the money through the payment method you used to pay for the order. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days from when your return is processed until you receive the refund, depending on your payment provider. Remember that it costs 39 kr to return an item. Unfortunately, we can't offer to take back an item that you have purchased from a retailer. Instead, you must contact the store where you purchased the item.
Complaints
You have the right to complain for 2 years. Depending on the specific situation and the validity of the claim, either the full amount will be refunded or a price reduction will be given. Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse is not covered by the warranty. Reference is also made to the Danish Sale of Goods Act for the procedure regarding complaints.

- Description of the fault/defect and how it occurred
Our claims department will look into your case and contact you by email as soon as your case has been processed. We strive to start claims within 1-3 business days.We always cover the return costs if the complaint is justified.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints directly if the item was not purchased from us. Instead, you must contact the store where you purchased the item

Every foot is different, which is why we design shoes in three different widths; standard, wide and extra wide. On the product pages you can see which width the shoe is made in.
Our products
All our rubber boots are made from natural rubber and are completely free from harmful chemicals. We continuously test our products to ensure that they always meet our high standards and do not contain any harmful chemicals.
Our TEX membrane is completely free of fluorochemicals such as PTFE and PFC.
Yes, our Tex membrane is tested waterproof up to 8000 mm.
Data security
Personal information we receive when you place an order is processed in a secure manner. The information that is stored is of course not sold on and is under no circumstances passed on to third parties. The information is only used to process your order and provide the best customer service.
Your card number is not visible to us when you shop and your payment information is not stored in our database. We use a secure payment gateway to ensure that you can shop safely with us.
