Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Bonvita Footwear Company ApS.

The following terms and conditions of trade, sale, and delivery apply to purchases of merchandise on bundgaard.dk, bundgaardshoes.com, and bundgaardshoes.de.

Orders and Purchases
Your purchase on the website is valid from the moment you receive an order confirmation via email. This also serves as your receipt for the purchase. To shop on the website, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. If we suspect that we have received personal information from a minor without parental consent, we will immediately delete this information from our servers.

Prices
All prices include sales tax, in accordance with the applicable rate in the country where you are making your purchase. 


Payment
We accept payment via Visa, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, PayPal, MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. When paying with a credit or debit card, the order amount will be reserved on your card but will not be charged until the order is shipped. Order confirmations are sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. We use a certified payment server that encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means we cannot read your information, and you can safely enter your card details.

Shipping
All orders placed before 12 p.m. on a weekday will be shipped the same day. Orders to Denmark will be delivered by GLS within 1–2 business days. All orders outside Denmark are delivered by UPS within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message with your tracking number. 

Shipping to Denmark:
You’ll get free delivery to package pickup locations in Denmark if your total purchase exceeds 599 kr.
GLS pickup location: 39 kr.
GLS business delivery: 49 kr.
GLS home delivery: 59 kr.

Shipping to Germany & Austria:
You'll get free shipping to Germany or Austria if your total purchase exceeds 65 EUR
UPS home delivery: 7 EUR

Shipping to other European countries:
UPS Home Delivery 10 EUR
UPS Parcel Shop delivery: 8 EUR

Unclaimed Packages
When your package is delivered to a package shop, you have 10 calendar days to pick it up before it is returned to us. When we receive your unclaimed package, we will automatically cancel the order and refund your payment, excluding the return shipping cost. If you still want the items, please place a new order.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have a full 30-day right to return items purchased from our online store. If you wish to return your items and cancel your purchase, you must do so no later than 30 days after the order has been delivered to a package pickup location or your address. 

Items must be returned in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. You are, of course, welcome to try the item at home, just as you would in a physical store.
When returning the item, it must be properly packaged. Damage resulting from inadequate packaging may void your rights, making it impossible to return your item. The item must be returned in the original shoe box, which is considered part of the product. The shoe box must not be used as a shipping box. While the return shipment is in transit to our warehouse, you bear the risk for the items. Therefore, be sure to keep the receipt for drop-off, as well as the tracking number.

In the portal, select the reason for the return, and you will then be shown the return method that applies to your country:

  • Denmark: You will receive a QR code that you can use at any GLS package shop.

  • Other countries: You will receive a DHL return label via email, which you must print out and attach to the package yourself.

You don't have to arrange shipping or choose a carrier yourself; everything is handled digitally through the returns portal.

Refund
Once we have received your return package, we will refund the amount to the payment card you used for the purchase, typically within about 5 business days.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund when you use our return label/QR code:

  • Denmark: 39 kr.

  • Other countries: 8 EUR

Exchanges
You can exchange your item through our returns portal. Once you have completed the exchange in the portal, you will receive either a GLS QR return code if you are returning from Denmark, or a DHL return label if you are returning from abroad.

Right to File a Complaint
You have the right to file a warranty claim for 2 years. Depending on the specific situation and the validity of the claim, you will either receive a full refund or a price reduction. Damage to the product resulting from operating errors, handling errors, modifications, or gross misuse is not covered by the right to file a complaint. Please also refer to the Danish Sale of Goods Act for procedures regarding complaints.

  • A photo of the product and of the defect itself
  • Description of the defect/deficiency and how it occurred



Our customer service department will review your case and contact you by email as soon as it has been processed. We strive to begin processing complaints within 1–3 business days.
 We always cover the return shipping costs if the complaint is valid.

Privacy Policy
When you shop on our website, we need the following information to process your order: Name, address, phone number, and email address. You always have the right to know what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be the case, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it. You may also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at shop@bundgaard.dk

We securely record your personal information and retain it for five years, after which it is deleted. We work with a number of other companies that store and process data, but these companies process information solely on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that ensure your information is adequately protected.
