Order and purchase
Your purchase on the website is valid from the moment you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This is also your receipt for the purchase. To shop on the website, you must be 18 years of age or have permission from a guardian. If we suspect that we have received personal information from a minor without parental permission, we immediately delete this information from our servers.

All prices are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with the applicable rate in the country where you are buying from.

We accept payment with Visa, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Paypal, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. When paying by credit card, the amount of the order will be reserved on your card, but only withdrawn when the order is dispatched. Order confirmations are sent to the e-mail you provided when placing the order. We use an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we cannot read your information and you can safely enter your card details.

All orders placed before 12 on a weekday will be dispatched the same day. Orders to Denmark are delivered with GLS or DAO within 1-2 working days. All orders outside Denmark are delivered by B2C Europe within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail or SMS with your tracking number.

You get free delivery to parcel shops in Denmark if your total purchase exceeds DKK 599.

Delivery outside Denmark:
We deliver to a parcel shop or home delivery, depending on what is possible for your location. It costs 9 EUR and you will receive a tracking number when your order is ready for dispatch.

Packages not collected
When your parcel is delivered to a parcel shop, you have 10 calendar days to collect the parcel before it is sent back to us. When we receive your undelivered package, we automatically cancel the order and return your payment excluding the return freight. If you still want the goods, please place a new order.

Return & right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website. If you wish to return your goods and cancel the purchase, this must be done no later than 30 days after the order has been delivered to a parcel shop or delivered to your address. Returned goods must be in new and unused condition. However, you have the right to try the product on at home. Goods must be returned in original packaging. Items that are returned must be accompanied by a completed return slip so that we can identify your order.

The return amount will be in the course of approx. 5 working days returned to the payment card from which the item was purchased. Returns from Denmark cost DKK 39 using the attached return label. You will be refunded the full amount, including shipping costs for delivery of your order. However, you will not get the shipping costs back if you only return part of your purchase.

For orders delivered outside Denmark, you yourself are responsible for returning your package to our warehouse. We only accept split return methods.

How to return:

1/ Pack the goods in the original packaging and wrap them securely (we recommend using the bag/package that was used on delivery)

2/Fill in the attached return slip and place it in the package.

When returning the item, it must be properly packed. Damage as a result of defective packaging may result in your rights being forfeited and it therefore not being possible to return your item. While the return order is in transit to our warehouse, you bear the risk of the goods. Therefore, remember to save the receipt for submission, as well as the track and trace number.

Direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. Instead, you must place a new order and send the wrong item back with the attached return label.

Right of complaint
You have the right to complain for 2 years. Depending on the specific situation and the validity of the complaint, either the full amount will be refunded or a price reduction will be given. Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross abuse is not covered by the right of complaint. Reference is also made to the Purchase Act for procedures regarding complaints.

  • Description of the error/shortcoming and how it occurred

Our complaints department looks into your case in more detail and will contact you by email as soon as your case has been processed. We endeavor to start complaint cases within 1-3 working days. We always cover the return costs if the complaint is justified.

When you shop on our website, we need the following information in order to process your order: Name, address, phone number. and email address. You always have the right to be informed about which information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
