Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Bonvita Footwear Company ApS.

The following terms and conditions of trade, sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods on bundgaard.dk, bundgaardshoes.com and bundgaardshoes.de.

Orders and purchases
Your purchase on the website is valid from the moment you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This is also your receipt for the purchase. To shop on the website, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian. If we suspect that we have received personal information from a minor without parental consent, we will immediately delete this information from our servers.

Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with the applicable rate in the country where you are purchasing from.

Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Paypal, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. When paying by credit card, the order amount will be reserved on your card, but will not be deducted until the order is shipped. Order confirmations are sent to the e-mail you provided when placing the order. We use an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we cannot read your information and you can safely enter your card details.

Delivery
All orders placed before 2 pm on a weekday will be shipped the same day. Orders to Denmark will be delivered by GLS or DAO within 1-2 business days. All orders outside Denmark are delivered by DHL within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.

Delivery to Denmark:
You get free delivery to parcel shops in Denmark if your total purchase exceeds DKK 599.
GLS parcel shop. 49 kr.
GLS business delivery 49 kr.
GLS home delivery 59 kr.

DAO parcel shop 39 kr.
DAO home delivery 49 kr.

Delivery to Germany:
You get free delivery to Germany if your total purchase exceeds 65 EUR
DHL home delivery 10 EUR

Delivery to other European countries:
DHL home delivery 10 EUR

Uncollected parcels
When your parcel is delivered to a parcel shop, you have 10 calendar days to collect the parcel before it is sent back to us. When we receive your unclaimed package, we will automatically cancel the order and return your payment excluding return shipping. If you still want the goods, please place a new order.

Returns & right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on items purchased on the website. If you wish to return your goods and cancel the purchase, you must do so within 30 days of the order being delivered to a parcel shop or delivered to your address. Returns must be in new and unused condition. However, you have the right to try the item on at home. Items must be returned in original packaging. Returned goods must be accompanied by a completed return slip so we can identify your order.

The return amount will be refunded to the payment card from which the item was purchased within approximately 5 business days. Returns from Denmark cost DKK 39 using the enclosed return label. You will be refunded the full amount, including shipping costs for delivery of your order. However, you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you only return part of your purchase.

For orders delivered outside Denmark, it costs 8 EUR when using the enclosed return label.

How to return:

1/ Pack the items in the original packaging and wrap them securely (we recommend using the bag/package used at delivery)

2/Fill out the enclosed return slip and place it in the package.

3/Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at a parcel shop.

When returning the item, it must be packed securely. Damage due to inadequate packaging may result in your rights lapsing and it will therefore not be possible to return your item. While the return order is in transit to our warehouse, you bear the risk for the goods. Therefore, remember to save the receipt and track and trace number.

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are unfortunately not possible. Instead, you must place a new order and return the wrong item with the enclosed return label.

Right of complaint
You have the right to complain for 2 years. Depending on the specific situation and the validity of the complaint, either the full amount will be refunded or a price reduction will be given. Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse is not covered by the warranty. Reference is also made to the Danish Sale of Goods Act for procedures regarding complaints.

You must have the following information ready:

  • E-mail address
  • Order number
  • A picture of the product and the fault itself
  • Description of the fault/defect and how it occurred

Our claims department will look into your case and contact you by email as soon as your case has been processed. We strive to start claims within 1-3 business days.We always cover the return costs if the complaint is justified.

Personal data policy
When you shop on our website, we need the following information in order to process your order: Name, address, phone number and e-mail address. You always have the right to know what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we needed it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at shop@bundgaard.dk.

The personal data is securely registered with us and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. We work with a number of other companies that store and process data, but they only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that ensure that your data is adequately protected.
