All orders placed before 2 pm on a weekday will be shipped the same day. Orders to Denmark are delivered by GLS or DAO within 1-2 business days. All orders outside Denmark are delivered by DHL within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.

Returns & right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on items purchased on the website. If you wish to return your goods and cancel the purchase, you must do so within 30 days of the order being delivered to a parcel shop or delivered to your address. Returns must be in new and unused condition. However, you have the right to try the item on at home. Items must be returned in original packaging. Returned goods must be accompanied by a completed return slip so we can identify your order.

The return amount will be refunded to the payment card from which the item was purchased within approximately 5 business days. Returns from Denmark cost DKK 39 using the enclosed return label. You will be refunded the full amount, including shipping costs for delivery of your order. However, you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you only return part of your purchase.

For orders delivered outside Denmark, it costs 8 EUR when using the enclosed return label.

How to return:

1/ Pack the items in the original packaging and wrap them securely (we recommend using the bag/package used at delivery)

2/Fill out the enclosed return slip and place it in the package.

3/Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at a parcel shop.
