The boot has a wide fit, leaving room for the foot to move naturally and comfortably. At the same time, Cajsa is designed to fit snugly and supportively around the ankle, providing a good and stable fit.

The elastic panels on both sides of the boot make it easy for the child to put Cajsa on and take it off effortlessly. The elastic provides a flexible fit that molds to the foot and makes the boot comfortable to wear even after hours of play and activity. In addition, the Cajsa has an extra loop at the back that gives the child a good grip so the boot can be put on quickly, even when you're in a hurry to get out and play.

Cajsa is made of soft, breathable leather materials that adapt to the foot and ensure feet stay dry and comfortable, even on longer trips. The vegetable tanned leather lining inside the boot is gentle on the skin and free from harmful chemicals.

A flexible fit that fits most children's feet. The shoe has a narrow heel cup that provides a good grip on the foot and extra room in the front for the toes to move freely. This provides a good balance between support and comfort for both normal and slightly wider feet.

All orders placed before 2 pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day. All orders outside Denmark are delivered by DHL within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail or SMS with your tracking number.

Delivery outside Denmark:
We deliver to parcel shops and make home deliveries, depending on what is possible for your location. It costs 10 EUR and you will receive a tracking number when your order is ready for dispatch.

Return & right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website. If you wish to return your goods, this must be done no later than 30 days after the order has been delivered to a parcel shop or delivered to your address. Returned goods must be in new and unused condition. However, you have the right to try the product on at home. Goods must be returned in original packaging. Items that are returned must be accompanied by a completed return slip so that we can identify your order.

For orders delivered outside Denmark, it costs 8 EUR when using the enclosed return label.

How to return:

1/ Pack the goods in the original packaging and wrap them securely (we recommend using the bag/package that was used on delivery)

2/Fill in the attached return slip and place it in the package.

3/Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at a parcel shop.

Leather shoes should always be waterproofed 1-2 times before use to protect against water, dirt and grime. To preserve the beautiful surface and natural properties of leather, we also recommend regular maintenance with both waterproofing and care products.

As leather is a living natural material, it needs moisture and nourishment to maintain its suppleness and shine. Leather grease is particularly suitable for this purpose as it both conditions and protects the surface.

Here's how you do it:

1. Cleaning:
   Gently wipe the shoe with a slightly damp cloth or sponge to remove dirt. Allow the leather to dry completely at room temperature - without using heat.

2. Care with leather grease:
   When the shoe is dry, gently massage the leather grease in circular movements with a soft cotton cloth. Leather grease nourishes and extends the life of the material. For minor discoloration, use shoe polish in the color of the shoe and dab it on the exposed areas. Let the shoe dry again.

3. Finish with waterproofing:
   When the shoe is completely dry, finish the care with a layer of waterproofing to provide extra protection against external influences.

4. For soaking:
   If the shoe has become wet, it should dry completely before being worn again. Always avoid placing leather shoes close to direct heat sources such as radiators or heating cabinets, as this can dry out the material and damage the structure of the leather.

The LWG protocol is used to evaluate the environmental impact of leather producers, Medal ratings are determined based on industry practices, with gold awarded at 85%, silver at 75%, and bronze at 65%. A minimum score is required in each section to achieve the final medal rating.
