The Prewalker Lace is a classic favorite that has supported first steps for generations. This little beginner shoe is ideal for children who are just starting to practice standing.

Once they can pull themselves up on things, stand on their own, or perhaps take a few steps with mom or dad, prewalkers can help keep their feet stable and prevent slipping.

The fine handmade shoe fits snugly to the foot and supports well around the ankle. The combination of prewalkers and bare feet provides the best support for baby's feet. The Prewalker Lace is made from soft, supple suede and has small, intricate details.

The outsole is supple and flexible, allowing the feet to move freely. The flat sole with no height difference between heel and toe ensures a natural and harmonious foot position. The lace closure allows the Prewalker Lace to adjust precisely to the child's foot for optimal comfort and support.

The Prewalker is designed for children who are learning to stand and walk and is not recommended for children who can walk and run safely, as the soft and flexible sole is intended for light use and not for heavy wear.

All orders placed before 2 pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day. All orders outside Denmark are delivered by DHL within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail or SMS with your tracking number.

Delivery outside Denmark:
We deliver to parcel shops and make home deliveries, depending on what is possible for your location. It costs 10 EUR and you will receive a tracking number when your order is ready for dispatch.

Return & right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website. If you wish to return your goods, this must be done no later than 30 days after the order has been delivered to a parcel shop or delivered to your address. Returned goods must be in new and unused condition. However, you have the right to try the product on at home. Goods must be returned in original packaging. Items that are returned must be accompanied by a completed return slip so that we can identify your order.

For orders delivered outside Denmark, it costs 8 EUR when using the enclosed return label.

How to return:

1/ Pack the goods in the original packaging and wrap them securely (we recommend using the bag/package that was used on delivery)

2/Fill in the attached return slip and place it in the package.

3/Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at a parcel shop.

With the right care and cleaning, suede shoes can remain beautiful and durable. To prevent water, dirt and grime from penetrating the suede, the shoe must be impregnated 1-2 times before being put into use. Likewise, impregnation should be applied regularly during use.

If the suede has become shiny and smooth, care and cleaning can restore the original appearance of the suede.

Here's how you do it:

1. Start by gently wiping the shoe with a slightly damp cloth or sponge, then let the suede dry at room temperature.

2. If the suede has lost color or has been worn, a care product in the correct color can be applied. Then let the shoe dry.

3. When the shoe is dry, a suede brush can be used to scratch the leather so that the hairs stand up again and the original appearance is restored.

4. When the shoe is dry, finish with a layer of protective impregnation.

If the shoes have become wet, it is important that they are allowed to dry before the next use. However, never put the shoes on a radiator or in a warming cupboard, as this can dry out the suede.

The LWG protocol is used to evaluate the environmental impact of leather producers, Medal ratings are determined based on industry practices, with gold awarded at 85%, silver at 75%, and bronze at 65%. A minimum score is required in each section to achieve the final medal rating.
