Moon is a lightweight and sporty sneaker made from vegan materials with a soft textile lining and waterproof TEX membrane to keep little feet dry and comfortable in wet weather.

The shoe has a regular fit with plenty of room for toes, as well as high ankle support and a fixed heel cup for stability and security. The flexible outsole has a non-slip surface for good grip in all weather conditions. Moon closes with adjustable Velcro and easily adjusts to the child's foot.

The shoe has a narrow heel cup and a naturally rounded forefoot. This provides a fit with precise support and comfort - ideal for children with narrow or normal feet where the shoe needs to fit snugly without pinching.

All orders placed before 2 pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day. All orders outside Denmark are delivered by DHL within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail or SMS with your tracking number.

Delivery outside Denmark:
We deliver to parcel shops and make home deliveries, depending on what is possible for your location. It costs 10 EUR and you will receive a tracking number when your order is ready for dispatch.

Return & right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website. If you wish to return your goods, this must be done no later than 30 days after the order has been delivered to a parcel shop or delivered to your address. Returned goods must be in new and unused condition. However, you have the right to try the product on at home. Goods must be returned in original packaging. Items that are returned must be accompanied by a completed return slip so that we can identify your order.

For orders delivered outside Denmark, it costs 8 EUR when using the enclosed return label.

How to return:

1/ Pack the goods in the original packaging and wrap them securely (we recommend using the bag/package that was used on delivery)

2/Fill in the attached return slip and place it in the package.

3/Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at a parcel shop.

To ensure optimal protection against water, dirt and grime, we recommend waterproofing the shoe 1-2 times before first use. Regular waterproofing - preferably at regular intervals during use - helps to preserve the properties of the material and extend the life of the shoe.

Regular cleaning is also an important part of maintenance and helps keep your shoes looking good and functional over time.

Here's how to do it:

1. Clean the surface:
   Remove loose dirt with a dry, soft brush. If necessary, remove the laces and wash them in lukewarm soapy water. Velcro closures can be cleaned with a dry toothbrush to remove dirt and fibers.

2. Wash gently:
   If the shoe is still dirty, both the fabric and sole can be wiped with a damp cloth or sponge wrung out in mild soapy water. Let the shoes air dry at room temperature - avoid direct heat.

3. Finish with waterproofing:
   When the shoes are completely dry, finish the care with a layer of protective impregnation that seals the material and protects against future wear and tear.

Important:
If the shoes have gotten wet, they must dry completely before being used again. Do not place them on a radiator or in a heating cabinet as high heat can damage both materials and fit.
